King Britt presents Fhloston Paradigm - Chasing Rainbows

Cosmic Philadelphia DJ and musician King Britt has been releasing records under a plethora of aliases since the late 1990s (he also set up Ovum Recordings with Josh Wink), but March last year saw him reach a different audience when he released his 'King Britt Presents Fhloston Paradigm' EP on UK label Hyperdub, which opened with dread electro track Chasing Rainbows.

The track is over a year old, which is basically a lifetime in internet years, but despite its age – or perhaps because of its age – Hyperdub released a new video for it a couple of days ago. Contrasting forest shots with the briefest flashes of urban unrest, the video serves as a reminder of Britt's underrated release and gives you as good an excuse to check it out as any.
