Tomorrow's World - Drive (Tom Furse remix)

The Horrors' Tom Furse turns in a remix of Air/Lou Hayter's Tomorrow's World - the result is a psychedelic exploration.

Tom Furse from The Horrors has delivered a pretty wonderful rework of Drive, a recent single from Air’s Jean-Benoît Dunckel and New Young Pony Club/The New Sins’ Lou Hayter collaborative project Tomorrow’s World. Furse has been making a name for himself as a remixer over the last couple of years, with each new interpretation he lends his hand to seeming to be better than the last. The quality is kept up here: he turns the electro pop original into something a little more psychedelic The end result recalls some of the more exploratory moments of ‘No. 1 In Heaven’, the first album that Sparks recorded with electronic pioneer Giorgio Moroder.

Naïve Records will release ‘Drive Remixes’ on Record Store Day, April 20th.
