Christmas is around the corner, but music continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. You would think that since the holiday season is approaching, artists and musicians would slow down on the content, but most are ending as they mean to continue into 2018, and we are more than happy to take it in. With that said, the selection process for this week's revamp was a difficult one, and the additions are reflective not only of the latest, but some of the best tracks we've heard throughout the year.
Making their way onto our New Music Is Life playlist this week, your new favourite boyband BROCKHAMPTON are at their wildest in the infectious opening track from their third album of the year, south London enigma Klein delivers murky, piano driven melodies and Charli XCX teams up with Danish star MØ for a pop masterclass.
Elsewhere, UK artist Shumba Maasai finds perspective over airy instrumentals, Manchester party starters Swing Ting craft another dancefloor banger, the underrated Lee Gamble is at his finest, and London rapper Octavian injects himself into a tune that has the whole scene buzzing.
