MIA, Die Antwoord, Shackleton & Nicholas Jaar among Sonar new additions

The world's best electronic music showcase releases line-up announcement for its mid-June dates.

The festival, now spread over two sites, Barcelona and the Basque town of Galacia, has released the names of some more acts playing. MIA, Cut Copy, Die Antwoord, Buraka Som Sistema and Boys Noize will be joining Salem, Magnetic Man and Underworld playing both sites.

Shackleton, Nicholas Jaar, whose interview will be up this week, Paul Kalkbrenner, Global Communication, Africa Hitech and Steve Aoki have been added to the Sonar date with Hype Williams, Little Dragon, Tyondai Braxton also playing the Catalan capital only.
