Julio Bashmore & Kowton - Mirror Song

Hear a radio rip from the Bristolian best bros, lifted from a forthcoming joint EP.

Straight off the back of hosting Rustie in the mix, Jackmaster’s Radio 1 show last night featured a first play of a brand new collaboration from house dropper-of-bombs Julio Bashmore and Dummy Mix alumni Kowton. As introduced by Jackmaster as a “certified belter”, much like Bashmore’s Au Seve, you sense Mirror Song will be in its element when blasted out upon a steam-billowing, zoned-in festival crowd this summer.

The track’s going to front up an EP which will be the fifth release on Julio’s own Broadwalk Records, which will also feature a techno rework of Mirror Song and Kowton going it alone for the paranoid shudders of And What? (which a cheeky Youtube search will also reveal in ripped form).
