Hype Williams, Burial and DVA: Hyperdub outlines first quarter plans

Exemplary British label lines up albums from Hype and DVA and confirms details of Burial EP.

Hyperdub, who have had a relatively quiet 2011, are releasing albums from Hype Williams and DVA and an EP from Burial in the first quarter of 2012.

‘Black Is Beautiful’ follows Hype Williams’ last full album release , ‘One Nation’ [Hippos In Tanks], and their EP for Hyperdub, ‘The Kelly Price W8 Gain EP’. It will be out on the 16th April, and ends months of speculation about the Dalston-Berlin art-dub duo’s future.

March will see the release of ScratchaDVA’s ‘Pretty Ugly’ LP, while Burial’s Kindred EP will be out in January. The tracklisting is confirmed:
