FOLD club offers up its space for NHS use
East London nightclub FOLD is offering up its space for NHS facilities during the acute stage of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The venue is being considered for clinical or non-clinical use, should it be necessary, with potential usage ranging from NHS administration to critical or specialist care.
In a statement, the club said: “This is an exceedingly difficult time for all industries, and being part of the music and creative community, we understand that it is vital that our main focus is in taking care of one another.
“We cannot stress enough the significance of keeping in mind the most vulnerable people in this situation; those who are weaker or with mental health problems will face the most struggle in the upcoming weeks, so please do check in on those who are at risk of suffering the most during this period of isolation.”
