DrumTalk - Halo

The dusty, polyrhythmic house producer drops a new track from his self-titled Huntleys + Palmers EP.

Last summer, DrumTalk made us a really great Dummy Mix covering the sort of dusty, polyrhythmic house music that labels like GETME!, Autonomous Africa, the Trilogy Tapes, and Huntleys + Palmers (and its more specialised sublabel, Highlife) have been putting out over the last couple of years.

Now he's back with a new EP for Huntleys + Palmers, set to drop next week, with four tracks running from slow-burners to peak-time rollers. There's one track called Halo that stands out as the most immediate thing on there, a down 'n' dirty club track that just keeps on going.

Cop a stream of it before its release, and if you're in London catch DrumTalk at Corsica Studios next Friday to celebrate the EP's release.
