David Lynch is going to release an inevitably weird debut album
Releasing an electronic pop album entitled Crazy Clown Time will be far from the most bizarre thing that David Lynch has ever done, but still, it’s sure to raise a few eyebrows. The Twin Peaks creator, who is known for the use of intricate sound design in his surrealist works for TV and film, is to make his musical debut with his first full-length LP this November.
Lynch wrote, performed and produced the entire album himself with assistance from engineer Dean Hurley, although Karen O will make a guest appearance on a song called Pinky’s Dream .
