Cloud Boat - Youthern

Cloud Boat are due to release their new album ‘Book Of Hours’ on R&S sublabel Apollo next month and they’ve teased us with a new song, Youthern. It’s a skeletal song, with little more than an electric guitar and a fractured vocal presence. But the thing that’ll work its way into your head is that one, bleak lyric: “come down with us, come down with us”. Hat tip to Gorilla vs Bear for the premiere.

Apollo will release ‘Book Of Hours’ on the 20th May 2013.
