Disclosure – What's In Your Head

Back in April, Dummy eagerly announced that the debut Disclosure EP will be coming out on June 4th. The garage / house / some-kind-of-dance-music brotherly duo comprised of south London natives Guy and Howard Lawrence have been pleased a hefty chunk of listeners, and for very good reason.

Their last track, and another one on the forthcoming ‘The Face’ EP, Boiling, is a very well produced piece of music, featuring vocals from Sinead Harnett and the follow-up, What’s In Your Head is another testament to their talent. This one has no contributing artist, but rather a sampling of another vocal singing the tune’s title alongside the odd female moan. The track mixes up a garage-y feel with a trance beat running through it, and although that latter aspect sometimes requires a displeasing amount of repetition, there’s definitely enough going on here (without over doing it) to make this a very nice listen. An exciting taster of what’s to come.
