When Los Angeles based electronic singer-songwriter Nite Jewel first collaborated with Bay Area rapper and producer Droop-E (son of E-40) for his 2013 single N The Traffic, it was perfect pairing. Between her sultry tones and his relaxed rap style and vibed-out beat production, their creative efforts came together like a gorgeous greyscale dream.
Three years on, Nite Jewel and Droop-E are on the verge of releasing a collaborative EP titled 'Euphoria' as AMTHST. Last week they dropped blunted downbeat number Thug Passion and this week they take things to the next level with Let It Go. Produced by BatManOnTheBeatz and co-produced by Nite Jewel and Droop-E, Let It Go is a practically perfect after midnight jam that expands on their stunning chemistry and relaxed dynamic.
'Euphoria' EP is due February 17th on Sick Wid It Records (pre-order).
