Krankhead's wavy UK rap anthem 'Kylie Jenner' is all about having fun

The Northampton duo return to their hip hop roots with their latest single

Northampton hip-hop outfit Krankhead have turned in their latest single ‘Kylie Jenner’, a high octane rap number from their forthcoming debut EP ‘Disco Devils’.

Drawing from the all corners of the UK rave canon when producing their dance-floor-ready cuts, the duo of producer Mio Flux and rapper Patchy have come from humble beginnings, working together at ToysRus before diving into music and orchestrating parties up and down the country.

Last year the pair tackled a range of genres with their two singles  ‘Cut Throat’ and ‘Hadouken’, picking up support on some of the UK’s biggest radio stations while honing their unique fusion of garage, hip hop and UK drill. It wasn’t until April when Krankhead returned with ‘Ansu Fati’, giving fans the first glimpse of their upcoming project with a track geared for the summer months.

Now back with their second helping from ‘Disco Devils’, out later this year, ‘Kylie Jenner’ is an upbeat, infectious rap tune showcasing the friends’ inimitable chemistry. The single parts ways with some of the more club-leaning styles Flux and Patchy have experimented with over their last few releases, returning to a no-nonsense hip hop sound where Patchy’s wordplay takes centre stage.

All about having fun, spending money and chasing love interests, the track is one to blast out of the speakers while the sun is shining and the good times are flowing.
