Canada’s singer/songwriter/producer Abel Tesfaye, stage name The Weeknd, appeared for the first time at the Coachella festival in California yesterday.

The Weeknd, added to the line up due to the incredible popular demand, performed a fine selection of hits from his last year’s albums trilogy ‘House of Balloons’, ‘Thursday’ and ‘Echoes of Silence’.
