Night Works - Modern European

Night Works is the latest working name of Gabriel Stebbing, the man-of-many-projects who was once part of Metronomy, before breaking free to form his own band, Your Twenties. Now, as Night Works, Stebbing is exploring his pop-rooted flair for songwriting with an extra dose of falsetto fragility and slapping bass.

In the video for the first single from his upcoming debut album, Stebbing can be seen having what might described as giddy amounts of fun running around Paris with his mates. It’s not exactly the perfect time of year to release a video that emphasises just how great summer was, but even so, it’s a warm-hearted, charming track that bounces along with infectious humour and an irrepressible hook.
