King Krule - Octopus

Beside Rock Bottom, Octopus served as the other half of King Krule’s rather excellent double A-side single, released in collaboration with Rinse in September. The video has Archy suited up and with fag in hand, looking searchingly into a bathroom mirror, as tentacles rise through the sink and a girl sits vulnerably in the bath with a hefty diving helment on. The surreal, dream-like visuals play right into Archy’s world-weary croons, and the reflectiveness held in those far-off sax wails.
