Jessie Ware - Imagine It Was Us

Jessie Ware owns her role as disco diva completely for Imagine It Was Us – a single from the expanded ‘Gold’/updated North American version of her 2012 album ‘Devotion’. The grit of disco’s heady days has already been mined by Dev Hynes as Blood Orange (another British talent in bloom) but Ware, with Julio Bashmore’s feather-light production and Kate Moross’ art direction behind her, just exudes gloss and sheen.

The ‘Gold’ and North American editions of ‘Devotion’ are both out now on Island Records.
