Ice Cube praises LA's architecture

LA rapper Ice Cube, one of the most articulate and verbal defenders of the City Of Angels, stars in this wonderful spot for Pacific Standard Time: Art in LA 1945-1980. Ice Cube (who studied architectural draftsmanship before joining NWA) toasts the architecture of the whole city, but focuses on the Eames House, the miraculous house of design pioneers Charles and Ray Eames, drawing links between the spousal team’s appropriation of prefabricated materials and the form of hip hop.
