Gwilym Gold has soundtracked a lovely short film

Gwilym Gold used to be in the Golden Silvers, a great pop band on XL. Now, however, he’s making new formats for randomising recorded sound, and composing scores for short films. Smoke, written Stuart Curran and written by Radio 4’s Gabriel Blisset-Smith, is a short love film, and the soundtrack of painfully yearning piano by the London folk-soul star in the making is quite, quite lovely.
