Ahead of their joint takeover – with Carl Craig, no less – of the Boiler Room next Wednesday (details here), Friendly Fires drop a timely reminder of their infectious energy in the form of this sweetly funny new video to Hurting. Taken from their large-living second album ‘Pala’, it features lead singer Ed Macfarlane – with a telly for his head – making shapes in the direction of an elastic-necked woman who keeps rejecting him. Aw.
