Sparse yet playful electronic composition from new Atlanta producer gets the video montage treatment.
Fit of Body is the recording name of Atlanta producer Ryan Parks, who travels in the same circles as Divine Interface. Musically, though, they tread different paths: most notably in their approach to space. There’s something rather elegant about the sparseness of Deserter despite, or maybe because of, that playfully incongruous cartoon acid line. Listening is like chasing half a dozen unravelling balls of wool down a hill in slow motion. It’s an enchanting muddle, and I look forward to more. If you find this cut-and-stick video theme a little overplayed, stream the song below.
