Watch a short fashion film directed by Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter

Thomas Bangalter, one half of electro duo Daft Punk, has turned his hand to directing and cinematography in this latest project, an extended advertisement for fashion label Co.

Starring Bangalter’s actress wife Elodie Bouchez, the three minute film follows a woman who looks anguished as she attempts to nurse a sick man back to health. With a menacing soundtrack that sounds like it was composed by a robot Mozart, the video pulls the viewer down into a seedily glamourous world, and leaves them thinking something along the lines of “well, that was a bit strange, but everyone was dressed very nicely!”
