Appaloosa - Fill The Blanks

Italians Do It Better act Appaloosa are back with a new video for Fill The Blanks, which comes from the label's stand-out 'After Dark 2' release and features loads of whimsical camera shots to match the song's sickly-sweet production. The mismatched combination of strobe-filled discotech and forest frolicking scenes seem to suit the duo's echoing electro-pop, though the video's amateur aesthetic can be feel somewhat gratuitous and distracting at times. Expect lots of overlays, shaky hand-held camerawork and fuzzy film stock to frame the catchy hooks and sensual, heavily accented vocals.
