Actress - Grey Over Blue

Ahead of his new album 'Ghettoville', Actress has put out a quick 12" via his own imprint, Werkdisks. On the a-side is Grey Over Blue, a sombre, funeral march instrumental, which has received a video from regular visual collaborator Nic Hamilton. The clip shows a decayed urban landscape, from burnt out natural gas rigs to the skeletons of electrical pylons. The video was originally one of nine made for Actress' performance for the St. John Sessions.

The b-side to the 12" is called Wee Bey – neither track will appear on 'Ghettoville'. Only 180 copies of the vinyl have been pressed.

Ninja Tune/Werkdisks released Grey Over Blue on December 16th 2013. 'Ghettoville' is due out on 27th January 2014.
