A soundsystem made out of thousands of beer cans

This is quite interesting – a sound-system designer by Japanese artist Yuri Suzuki made out of Jamaica’s most famous beer cans, harvested from the Notting Hill Carnival. There’s some blink-and-you’ll-miss-it product placement, but in any case it’s a fascinating example of human resourcefulness and the power of multicultural London’s ability to drink lager. Ben UFO, MC Chunky, Al Fingers and Spencer will be playing though the soundsystem tonight at London’s Village Underground, if you want to hear the tinny sound.
