Micachu's soundtrack to 'Under The Skin' is getting an official release

Off pop musician's score to the new Jonathan Glazer-directed, Scarlett Johansson-starring film is due out on March 31st.

Originally announced back in September last year, Mica Levi – aka Micachu, of broken pop band "& the Shapes" fame – has scored a feature film, the Jonathan Glazer-directed, Scarlett Johansson-starring Under The Skin. Now, we're happy to say that you'll be able to buy that soundtrack down the shops for your home listening pleasure.

Out on March 31st, you can get a preview of the score through the trailer above. Under The Skin stars Johansson as a creature preying on hitchhikers in Scotland (naturally), so Levi's score should sound fittingly alien.

The film will open in UK cinemas from March 14th.
