Laurel Halo releases debut album with Hyperdub

Laurel Halo is a musician from Brooklyn who has released some of the best electronic music of the last a-fairly-long-time. Influenced by Detroit techno, which she grew up near, fact fans, her music is complex, beautiful and exciting.

Now, after two EPs-verging-on-mini-albums ‘King Felix’ and ‘Hour Logic’, she will put out her long-awaited debut album, ‘Quarantine’. We know this because Kode9, who runs Hyperdub, tweeted so about an hour ago.

The date will be May, the label will be Hyperdub, the correct stance is ‘excited’.
