A new upload appeared on the "cplnd" Soundcloud account today, which usually hosts music from both Dean Blunt and Inga Copeland under their individual aliases and as Hype Williams, stating that the artists were "no longer affiliated". Somewhat confusingly, the statement also announced a new Hype Williams project titled 'A BULLET IN YR EYE THROWING MONEY TO THE SKY', but didn't clarify whether this is to be the final release from Blunt and Copeland or whether it means the "relay project" of Hype Williams has been passed on to other artists. Either way, it's something positive to take away from what is otherwise pretty terrible news, as two totally enthralling artists part ways.
The statement was accompanied by a sketchy beat titled ADVICE FOR YOUNG GIRLS WITH DADDY ISSUES; listen to that in the player above, and read the full text below.
"DEAN BLUNT AND INGA COPELAND ARE NO LONGER AFFILIATED .
PLS LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR 'INGA COPELAND' MATERIAL/
HYPE WILLIAMS 'A BULLET IN YR EYE THROWING MONEY TO THE SKY' soon

Dean Blunt and Inga Copeland's last album together, 'Black Is Beautiful', was one of our favourite LPs of 2012 – read all about it here.
