Actress' Werkdiscs label announces Moiré's debut EP

Enigmatic producer's latest signing to release 'Never Sleep' in February, offers first track for free.

If you’ve been keeping your eyes open – and Actress fans generally do – then you’ll have noticed Moiré‘s name popping up alongside the Werkdiscs crew over the last few months. He played Boiler Room with Lukid et al back in November and so on, but now it’s time for Actress’ shadowy new signing to step into the spotlight. Werkdiscs’ first release of 2013 will be Moiré‘s debut EP ‘Never Sleep’ on 4th February 2013, but you can get your first taste today. Living up to his name – a moiré pattern occurs when two grids are overlaid to create a sense of movement – Into undulates playfully, sketching a pleasurable tension from house lines and pressure hiss.
