TOPS – Turn Your Love Around

Here’s a touching new video for TOPS’ single Turn Your Love Around, from their debut album ‘Tender Opposites’, released earlier this year by Arbutus Records.

The clip features carefully edited footage of a dance class for deaf students at Northern Secondary School in Toronto. The shots of the kids expressing themselves are interspersed with flashes of warm red and orange colour, as well as some rippling lens work. The clip perfectly compliments the sense of understated abandon at the heart of TOPS’ shimmering guitar pop, and is bound to thaw the most frozen of winter souls.
