Seahawks & Autre Ne Veut - Don’s Rainbow [video]

A Seahawks and Autre Ne Veut collaboration?! This is like Christmas came early. The Cardiff-via-London psychedelic yacht rock duo have crossed over with Brooklyn’s soul voice Autre Ne Veut to deliver a new cosmic video. Don’s Rainbow is a pulsing and ethereal slice of wave-y synths; the blend of drenched soprano saxophone and swirling guitar chords over sizzling, deep bass and the amazing, frayed and soulful voice of ANV’s soundtrack the Bruno Vincent-directed video; it explodes with colours and takes you on a trip to outer space. In ANV’s own words, the video is “a modern interpretation of the Bard’s ‘The Taming Of The Shrew’ starring Yours Truly.”

Don’s Rainbow will be released as a digital single on 24th October, forthcoming on new label Ocean Moon. It will also be featured in Seahawks’ new live album ‘Invisible Sunrise_, more details to follow.
