Cassie - King of Hearts

The wait for a second album from Cassie finally looks to be over. The full audio for her new single King of Hearts was released last week and the official video is available now too. The track has an electro-house beat in the style so big in pop music today and, while it may not be a best match for Cassie’s understated vocals, still manages to convey the great sense of wistfulness that’s unique to the artist. The video is similarly elegant and watches something like the opening to an old Bond film with its full lighting and bold symbolism.
