Here’s a video for Nono/Yoyo, a new track from duo Standish/Carlyon, who will release debut album ‘Deleted Scenes’ on felte next month. “You don’t want my love” teases a voice over bombastic 80s snare blasts and bass slaps. Aurora Halal – who was recently responsible for Maxmillion Dunbar’s Loving The Drift – dorects the video, fleshing out the track’s nostalgic sonics with the kind of sexy-but-sinister visuals easily achieved with those lashings of vibrant VHS fuzz and heat-seeking colour.
