London five piece Spector’s frontman Fred MacPherson has a characterful voice that recalls Britain’s heady power pop days. The band’s new song Grey Shirt & Tie is a melodic narrative of the possible revival of a friendship over melancholic synth beats and lustrous keyboards. The video for the song is directed by Swedish director Mattias Erik Johansson, who displays multiple shots of animated space travel footage in the background while MacPherson showcases his dance moves.
