The pigeon-holing immune Silicon follows up on his release God Emoji with the second track entitled Burning Sugar from his debut album 'Personal Computer', which is set for release in late August on Weird World.
A multi-talented musician with a distaste for dreary linear traditions, the video for Burning Sugar holds the same ethos. We take a vacation into the surreal; see a man painted in gold smoking and burning a spoon full of sugar with a very aesethically pleasing baby pink lighter, an array of intstruments including said gold mans foot on a drum pedal and some randomly selected objects to throw viewers off any sort of routine trajectory. Even Silicon's press shot is other-worldy, a dreamlike view through the Bauhaus Museum windows onto a landscape that resembles a mixture of hotel swimming pool and airport runway.
We'll let you decide on the best time to take this trippy journey with Silicon.
Personal Computer is set for release via Domino's Weird World imprint on 28th August (pre-order).
