Incorporating talent from across the globe, check out our five Tracks of the Week taken from our meticulously-curated BRAND NEW playlist showcasing some of the most exciting up-and-coming talents around.

1. Nix Northwest – ‘The Occasional L’

Taking ‘The Occasional L’ when pursuing romance is something we all have to go through sometimes – at least that’s the message of rising London rapper Nix Northwest’s latest single. The woozy, jazz-infused hip hop track offers the first glimpse at his upcoming project ‘Xin’s Disappearance’, an EP which follows the story of protagonist Xin (Nix in reverse) as they embark on a journey out of the city. Having already amassed a cult underground following, you can expect to hear much more from Nix Northwest going forward.

2. Overpade – ‘quantum immortality’

‘quantum immortality’ is the latest release from maverick producer and vocalist Overpade, an exciting rising talent who specialises in ethereal hyperpop, cloud rap and trap. Mixing punchy vocals with an exciting bevvy of drum breaks, this track shows what Overpade is all about.

3. Scribbles Who – ‘2 Step’

Scribbles Who is a songwriter and R&B vocalist from Pompano Beach, Florida. Her nostalgic catalogue of music is the perfect backdrop for her gritty yet uplifting vocals and on her latest single ‘2 Step’, the creative takes her unconventional sound to new levels.

4. Matt Nish – ‘fake’

Blending glitchy production techniques with his autotune vocal croons, Matt Nish’s latest single ‘fake’ is probably one of the catchiest tunes you will have heard all week. As well as rounding off the year in style, the rising producer has offered his fans a glimpse of what they can expect going into 2022.

5. Frank Sativa – ‘could’ve been simple’

Returning to form with another slice of sparkling alternative R&B, Frank Sativa has delivered his latest single ‘could’ve been simple’. Adding energy into the slowed-down pop ballad with his sun-kissed melodies, the rising singer-songwriter explores the ups and downs of romance.
