2. Mutant Forest – ‘FALLING’
The brainchild of Brooklyn-based creatives Blue and Andrew Maeve, Mutant Child are quickly establishing themselves as a fierce force in the indie electronic world. Weaved with vibrant, glitchy production and bubbling over with emotive intensity, ‘FALLING’ proves why the duo are one of the most exciting rising prospects about.
3. Princess Century – ‘Still the Same’
Currently based in Berlin, Canadian musician and producer Maya Postepski, aka Princess Century, has been making music for over fifteen years. Providing a glimpse of her debut solo album which is set for release later this year, ‘Still the Same’ is a synth-driven banger complete with shadowy vocals.
4. Snake Dove – ‘Gynnek’
Snake Dove is the moniker of Raffael Dorian, a multi instrumentalist and producer based in Long Beach, California. Using analogue synths and trip hop-inspired beats to land at his lo fi sound, ‘Gynnek’ makes for a super smooth sonic experience.
5. Tiiva – ‘BONES’
With an impressive output of vibrant, multi-faceted synth-pop already this year, ‘BONES’ is the latest treat from London producer and vocalist Tiiva. Exploring the fragility of how we see ourselves, the new offering is a reminder to be yourself no matter what.
