Incorporating talent from across the globe, check out our five Tracks of the Week taken from our meticulously-curated ‘BRAND NEW’ playlist showcasing some of the most exciting up-and-coming talents around.

1. BEBELUNA – ‘Drunk’

Identifying as gender fluid, BEBELUNA has found comfort in the UK’s underground art scene where figures such as Lava La Rue have supported their come up. After dropping their captivating ‘ECDYSIS’ project last year, the rising talent has returned with even more energy on ‘Captivity’. From the EP, ‘Drunk’ blends aspects of hip-hop, lo-fi and indie into a dazzling and original sound.

2. Crwsh – ‘Hawaiian Beaches’

Belgium producer Crwsh set out to take listeners on a sonic journey from the deepwater trenches of the North Pacific to the island’s peak, using rendered sounds and digital field recordings. Titled ‘Mauna Kea’, the EP’s five-track selection arranges complex compositions of textures and sounds into a mysterious utopia. ‘Hawaiian Beaches’ offers a serene glimpse into what the project is about.

3. CtrlT – ‘Hold On’

Hailing from Lagos, Nigeria, CtrlT is a rising Afrobeat artist influenced by the likes of Burna Boy and Wizkid. His latest single ‘Hold On’ is a smooth and melodic cut that expertly marries the singer’s vocal presence with the infectious production.

4. Tyde – ‘What More’

Friends since their school days, Nick and Kyle grew up listening to a wide range of Motown, pop and soul before forming the electronic act Tyde. Their latest single ‘What more’ featuring vocals from collaborator Victory is a modern R&B heater with a rich and upbeat sound.

5. Lecx Stacy – ‘Papaya’

Morphing his usual bedroom pop sound into something much grittier for his latest release, Lecx Stacy delivers the punk-inflicted, synth-whirling single ‘Papaya’. What starts off as moody number eventually explodes into distortion as the Californian musician continues to experiment with new sounds and break new boundaries.
