Jamie xx track premieres as Young Turks take over Australian radio

The Young Turks on Sydney's FBi Radio, playing new material from Glasser, Bullion, The Shining and Jamie xx, as well as a mix from Romy.

The Young Turks are in Australia staging a week long radio station takeover and have already dropped a mini mix from Romy xx and a brand new track from Jamie. They’re on Sydney’s FBi Radio every day this week but Monday and Tuesdays sessions have already yielded some real gems.

The never-heard-before Jamie xx instrumental track, ‘Touch Me’, comes through on the Tuesday mix at about midway, swiftly followed by mini mixes from Romy and Bullion. Also on this session is a Chairlift live session definitely worth catching.

The Monday session includes a little run of Glasser tracks, one of which was recored by Bullion in hotel bathroom, as well as new material and a mini mix from The Shining.

Young Turks is a West London based record label, home to the xx, The Shining, John Talabot, Chairlift, SBTRKT and Jack Penate, to name a few. The xx are currently working on their eagerly anticipating second album, due out this year.
