Water - Every Pulse

The pop-loving London-based producer is back with a polished and softer sound.

London producer Water is anything but as clear as; towards the end of last year, the rising artist amazed and confused us with their debut EP, featuring startlingly ambitious and metallic re-works of Rihanna, Mariah Carey and Britney. Having taken a short break (during which all we had to go on was a glorious mix for NTS) the anonymous producer has once again surfaced for air, buoyed up by the rich vocals of Stone Fox, on their new track Every Pulse.

Starting out soft-footed and intimate, the track gradually builds into something quite frantic, recalling the incredible use of percussion in MiMi and the rest of the terribly named ‘sluts’ EP. Our knowledge of the figure behind it remains as foggy as ever, but the music is becoming more polished and pristine with each new venture. Download it by participating in a bit of lunacy here.

Every Pulse seems to be the first track from the upcoming ‘Lune’ EP.
