The Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk and more announced for Field Day 2022

The award winning festival celebrates its full return with its best line up to date

After what has been labelled by some as the best Field Day in the event’s history in 2021, with highlights from BICEP and Artwork, the day festival will be celebrating its 15th anniversary in style next year, kicking off by announcing the first phase of artists that nod to its past and future.

Having championed electronic dance music since 2007, the festival will aptly mark the occasion by bringing together the genre’s biggest duo, The Chemical Brothers, and the band that invented it, Kraftwerk, to grace its stages next year. With a back catalogue that includes nine acclaimed studio albums and a host of chart-topping and platinum-selling singles, The Chemical Brothers’ live shows are amongst the best in the business, and their first ever appearance at Field Day promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Also performing live at Field Day 2022, Kraftwerk will bring six decades worth of experience to the stage as they show why they’re cited as one of the most influential groups in pop history. Their set along with a host of other incredible artists and DJs, promises to make next year’s event one for the history books.

Other acts announced today include Cici, Daniel Avery, Eliza Rose, Emerald b2b Jossy Mitsu, Erol Alkan, Floating Points, HAAi, Kareem Ali, Logic1000, Otik, salute and Tourist, with many more artists still to be announced.

Speaking about the line-up, Gareth Cooper, Field Day Director, says: “Off the back of a successful year last year, we’re delighted Field Day is returning to Victoria Park to celebrate its 15th edition. This year will be our biggest yet and we’re excited to welcome two of the most iconic acts in the history of electronic music to the festival, as well as a selection of the most groundbreaking artists in the industry.”

The festival will once again take place at London’s Victoria Park on August 20 2022, as part of the All Points East event series. Pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday November 24, with general sale taking place Thursday November 25. Find out more information here.
