Stream the ace 'Double Denim Vol. 1' compilation

Tracks by Amateur Best, Outfit, and Brolin feature on the wonderful indie label's first compilation.

Double Denim Records are celebrating three years in the game by releasing a compilation of their best work and earlier efforts, in the form of the functionally titled 'Double Denim Vol. 1'.

Mostly it's a collection of tracks already released by the label – the early version of Outfit's Two Islands, the Peaking Lights remix of Brolin's Reykjavik, and Amateur Best's Chilly Gonzales-featuring Ready For The Good Life are the bigger tracks on it, but some early classics and deep cuts are here too: Charli XCX with J£ZUS MILLION, and an old one from buzz magnet Star Slinger.

All in all, it's a strong statement from one of the better indie labels operating right now and for the uninitiated, it's a fine introduction to the DD family.
