Kelly Lee Owens - Lucid

Gauzy pop on singer Kelly Lee Owens' debut song, co-produced by Phantasy Sound's Ghost Culture.

Regular readers of Dummy will be familiar with Kelly Lee Owens, but maybe not by name – she performed guest vocals on three songs from Daniel Avery's debut album 'Drone Logic', and can claim a co-writing credit on album closer Knowing We'll Be Here.

Owens is currently working on solo material, with her very first song Lucid appearing online today. Co-produced by Phantasy Sound's Ghost Culture, Lucid is an ethereal pop song. Owens' voice is gauzy and lullaby-like, but there's drama in here, too.

Owens has got a debut album on the way, so expect to become familiar with her name over the coming months.
