EKKAH – Last Chance To Dance

Warm 'n' soulful pop music from the Birmingham two-piece.

EKKAH are a pop duo who hail from Birmingham and live in London. Longtime friends Rebekah and Rebecca (hence 'EKKAH') make a very funk/soul-based form of pop that's super laid back and super smooth, with the same sort of warm vibe as a song like Patrice Rushen's Forget-Me-Nots… a song which they incidentally covered on their summer mixtape earlier this year. They're now lining up their debut EP, starting with this song Last Chance To Dance. It's the sort of song that makes you want to put your 'blades on and get down to the local roller disco.

EKKAH will be playing a bunch of live shows shortly – they're a five-piece when they play live – including some dates with Jess Glynne, followed by a headline show at London's Total Refreshment Centre. Peep those dates below.
