Stormzy is the first British rapper to headline Glastonbury

Stormzy will become the first UK rapper to headline the Somerset festival in 2019.

A Glastonbury Free Press poster emerged in the Streatham branch of Oxfam today, seemingly confirming his slot.

The grime artist is the first 2019 headliner to be announced (if the posters are to be believed), and the booking was hinted at by Emily Eavis during a recent interview: “It’s one of the most exciting acts in British music… someone who can completely do this”.
