Following on Balam Acab and Damu, LA-based bass-driven duo NGUZUNGUZU have done a remix of Sleep ∞ Over’s track Romantic Streams from her debut album ‘Forever’, which you can stream below. [via Dis] This original version is a beautiful, devastating slice of ethereal synth-y beats, and now it received a palmy treatment – the fine, whispery vocals of Stefanie Franciotti is pitched up, the instrumental layers are taken off, while skittering and snappy percussion is added. NGUZUNGUZU have directed the song to a new, playful direction, and we really, really like it.
