UK music heavy-hitters Skepta, Chip and D-Block Europe’s Young Adz have announced that they are joining forces for an exciting collaborative album set to drop later this week.

The eleven-track LP, ‘Insomnia’, will be the first project of the year for all three of the rappers and has been described by Chip on Twitter as “INSOMNIA’ (THE GROUNDBREAKING ALBUM)”.

Mixing two of grime’s breakout stars with the modern US-inspired sound of Young Adz, the new album is set to embody the current position of British rap music.

Since dropping his acclaimed ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’ album last year, Skepta has shown no signs of slowing down in 2020, collaborating with Octavian on the stream-stacking ‘Papi Chulo‘.

Fellow member of D-Block Europe Dirtbike LB is also due to appear on the project.
