SFV Acid - PT Sex

SFV Acid, the left-field LA beatmaker whose primary tool is a 303 bass synthesizer he bought with money his nan and granddad gave him to save for a car, is releasing his debut album ‘The Dwell’ in 10 days. It’s an all-analog sprawl recorded in a local Starbucks, and PT Sex is a short sampler of it. He uses acid squelches more for mood than momentum, and mixes the synthetic congealing sound into slow, warped melodies and drum patterns to create a very effective interpretation of an afternoon in a suburban coffee shop chain.
