Sade's first song in eight years has arrived

Earlier in the year, it was announced that Sade would provide music to the soundtrack of Disney's forthcoming movie, A Wrinkle In Time, to universal joy from those pining for new music from elusive and revered musician since her last album, 2010's Soldier of Love. Today, her track, 'Flower of the Universe', has been shared by its producer, No I.D. Over glossy production, Sade turns back the clock with beautiful, smooth and endearing vocals.

Speaking about Sade's involvement in the A Wrinkle In Time soundtrack, director Ava Duvernay said on Twitter:  "I never thought she’d say yes, but asked anyway. She was kind + giving. A goddess. We began a journey together that I’ll never forget."
