Robert Moog's 78th birthday: the Google Moogle

Every time the familiar Google homepage spends a day dedicated to something other than its classic logo, we all get a bit excited. But this is probably the best yet. Robert Moog (1934-2005) invented the famous Moog synthesiser that today takes a virtual space on the world’s most visited search engine as a simple interactive music maker that loads of people have spent hours making and recording their bleeps on.
